I want to buy tickets, how can I....

  • Q: How do I make payment?
    A: You can select the event that you have interest in, and then click on the "BUY IT!" button to be redirected to PAYPAL for transaction. BookTix uses PAYPAL for the highest level of security and anti-fraud guarantee to ensure your transaction is secure.
  • Q: How do I collect my ticket after payment?
    A: BookTix uses a revolutionary ticket-less system called SMS-EZ. Upon payment, an SMS will be sent to your mobile number. This SMS is uniquely coded and will be your ticket for admission.
  • Q: If I am buying multiple tickets for my friends, how can they gain entry to the event?
    A: If you are buying multiple tickets, BookTix will send to you a series of SMSes. Each SMS constitutes 1 ticket. You would be requested to forward these SMSes to your friends for them to use for admission.

  • Q: How can I receive payment for my event?
    A: BookTix will either do a bank transfer to your account, or write a cheque to you.
  • Q: How fast can I receive payment for event?
    A: All payments are transaction 1 week (5 working days) after the closuire of the event. Early payment is on a case-by-case basis.
  • Q: What are the rates for selling tickets via BookTix?
    A: We promise you the lowest rates in town, without the administrative charges that other ticketing vendors charge.   • Q: How can I know how quick the tickets for my events are selling?
    A: BookTix provides a daily update (via email) on the ticketing status.
  • Q: What kind of ticketing services does BookTix provide?
    A: BookTix recommends our revolutionary SMS-EZ for a ticket-less system that is convenient and costs lower than conventional tickets. However, should you require printed tickets, BookTix would be able to customize it for your event.
  • Q: For printed tickets, how does my patrons collect their tickets?
    A: BookTix authorized agents will be at the venue proper 1 hour before the event starts. They will be able to issue the tickets based on the data collected by PAYPAL.
